Use Of Site
Terms and Conditions:

1. Background

The mathematics material available on this site is the product of almost 30 years’ teaching, observing, note-writing, reviewing and examining experience. It was first published by the Mathematics Publishing Company in 1996 and has been updated and extended on an ongoing basis ever since.
Later mathslearning.com was established to provide an internet forum.  Mathslearning.com is part of the Mathematics Publishing Company, which in turn is a member of the Publishers’ Association.

2. Accuracy of Material

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the questions, answers and related study material, invariably there may be some errors that have escaped us, and we hope any errors on our part do not cause too much inconvenience to the user.
Where acknowledged questions have been taken from CCEA or EdExcel Examining Boards, mathslearning.com is solely responsible for the accuracy of any worked answers and as explained above every effort has been made to avoid errors or omissions.

3. Disclaimer Notice: No Financial Liability

No liability can be accepted for any financial loss incurred by any individual or institution who rely solely on the information given in this website.

4. Schools & Institutions: Multi User

Access is bought for 6 months and may be renewed.

5. Purchase of Material by Individual, School or other Institution

Material on the mathslearning.com website is protected intellectual property, and copyright. If the purchaser is a private individual, then the purchase is for the personal use of the individual; on the other hand, if the purchaser is a school or other institution, then the material is for that school or institution.

6. Selling of material

Our Maths material may only be bought from mathslearning.com, lulu.com and kobo.com and Apple iBooks– anyone who has bought any material from any other source is requested to advise us immediately so the matter may be investigated.

7. Withdrawal of Access because of suspected abuse

This site and material represents a large investment of time, effort and money by a dedicated team of people. The income generated from the site is used to pay for that ongoing investment, work, associated expenses and also gives us and our families our living.
If we detect or suspect that there has been, or is, group learning based on just an individual payment rate and password, then we reserve the right to withdraw access to the material until the matter is satisfactorily resolved. The Copyright Licensing Agency in London protects the copyright and pursues any action they deem necessary.

8. Free Material

In order to allow people to sample the standard of the material, questions and model answers, there is Free Samples. Even though it is free, it still remains the property of The Mathematics Publishing Company and mathslearning.com and is protected by our copyright.
